About the Role

Aquent Studios is looking for a Partner Marketing PM for our leading Tech client who will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and reporting on a strategic marketing initiative that focuses investment to drive awareness and opportunity origination for strategic business application partner solutions. This is an onsite position in Arlington, VA, with the flexibility to work 3-4 days a week onsite after the first month. The role combines marketing expertise with project management skills, agency coordination and event management to deliver high-impact marketing demand generation activities, both digital and in-person that drive engagement, strengthen partnerships, and support the company's mutual business objectives with their strategic business application partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and peers to develop a project management framework that details all necessary actions with due dates, activity owners, and other responsible parties required to complete specific activities as part of an overall and cohesive plan.
  • Develop reporting that will provide accurate real-time data that details spend allocations and status, and tracks important KPI's against goals that will be available to rollup through leadership as-needed.
  • Drive partner and company participation for joint marketing campaigns and execute those campaigns successfully towards demand generation KPI's and goals.
  • Develop and communicate programmatic materials that detail each individual initiative, requirements for participation, including cost, SME resources, etc., highlighting results from prior activities and FAQ's to inform prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations (both internal and external) to facilitate successful marketing outcomes and foster long-term collaborations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact as subject matter expert for partners and internal teams specific to each programmatic activity, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing activity and overall plan performance metrics, including lead generation, opportunity conversion and ROI.
  • Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Use insights from performance data to refine marketing strategies and enhance future partner marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing management roles with a proven track record of executing successful marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of global marketing trends, marketing strategies, audience engagement techniques and solution marketing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and significant event marketing experience.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing management software, digital marketing tools, and Generative AI tooling.
  • Willingness to travel domestically (10%) and adapt to different time zones virtually as required in this global role.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in partner marketing management roles.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and event marketing.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing management software, digital marketing tools, and Generative AI tooling.
