About the Role

Dassault Systèmes is looking for a proactive, ambitious, and high-achieving Partner Marketing Senior Specialist to help drive partner business in the Americas with a strong focus on relationship building, program management, Go-to-Market planning, and execution with partners. The role involves close collaboration with channel sales and aims to develop, execute, and measure partner marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth, aligning marketing strategies with corporate visions and business objectives within the indirect selling channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and measure partner marketing campaigns to drive and accelerate pipeline with assigned partners.
  • Drive and be accountable for partner Go-to-Market strategies and campaign plans, including planning, execution, and reporting throughout the year.
  • Liaise with Ecosystem/Partner managers to develop comprehensive marketing strategies, plans, and program architecture supporting partner business priorities.
  • Translate partner-specific value propositions into tailored marketing plans for various program requirements.
  • Develop co-marketing GTM plans and allocate co-funds (Marketing Development Funds or otherwise) for target industries and sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to secure buy-in for partner marketing plans, including resource and capability considerations.
  • Establish co-marketing spend and costs aligned with sales contribution ratios and revenue objectives.
  • Work with internal marketing teams to determine tactics, messaging, and channels to meet program objectives.
  • Provide operational support to partners for leveraging digital marketing assets and subject matter experts.
  • Support partner development and enablement through training and skills extension programs.
  • Regularly review performance metrics and make adjustments for optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales peers across different geographies and engagement models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or MS in Marketing, Sales, Business, Administration, or Communications preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in channel partner management.
  • Superior time-management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a similar role with B2B sales cycle planning within a complex software technology environment is a plus.
  • Proficient in tools like MS Project, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or MS in relevant fields or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in channel partner management.
