About the Role

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a proactive, ambitious, and high-achieving Partner Marketing Senior Specialist to drive partner business in the Americas. The role involves relationship building, program management, Go-to-Market planning and execution with partners, and close collaboration with channel sales. The goal is to develop, execute, and measure partner marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth and align marketing strategies with corporate visions and business objectives within the indirect selling channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and measure partner marketing campaigns to drive and accelerate pipeline with assigned partners.
  • Collaborate with Ecosystem/Partner managers to create comprehensive marketing strategies, plans, and program architecture supporting partner business priorities.
  • Translate partner-specific value propositions into tailored marketing plans for various program requirements.
  • Develop co-marketing Go-To-Market plans and allocate co-funds for target industries and sales initiatives.
  • Work with sales leadership to gain buy-in on partner marketing plans, including execution strategies considering partner capacity and capability.
  • Establish co-marketing spend and costs aligned with sales contribution ratios and revenue objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams to determine tactics, messaging, and channels to meet program objectives.
  • Provide operational support to partners for leveraging digital marketing assets and subject matter experts.
  • Support partner development and enablement through skills extension and acquisition plans.
  • Regularly review campaign performance and make adjustments for optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales peers across different geographies and engagement models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or MS in Marketing, Sales, Business, Administration, or Communications preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • 8-10 years of experience in channel partner management.
  • Superior time-management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a similar role with B2B sales cycle planning within a complex software technology environment is a plus.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Project, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and analytics tools.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation range between $147,000 and $173,000, including base salary and target bonus.
