About the Role

At Check Point Software Technologies, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois, the Partner Sales Manager for National Growth Partners plays a key role in building and maintaining strategic relationships with partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at all levels in the partner organization.
  • Create and deliver partnership development plans with top strategic partners.
  • Develop and implement quarterly and yearly business plans with partners.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets focused on emerging technology and new customer acquisition.
  • Utilize a consultative relationship approach to evangelize Check Point's value within partner organizations.
  • Increase brand awareness and demand through targeted GTM initiatives and co-sell campaigns.
  • Act as an escalation point and ensure resolution of issues.
  • Be the expert in sales messaging, organizational alignment, and partner engagement strategies.
  • Understand partner programs, motivations, and drive commitment to deepen relationships.
  • Develop strategic messages highlighting the value of partnering with Check Point.
  • Drive executive outreach to key practice leads and executives at partners.
  • Participate in regular QBRs to review and modify joint plans and scorecards.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with focus partners including GuidePoint and Trace3 is a major plus.
  • 6-10 years of proven experience in relationship-based channel account management.
  • Good business acumen in channels sales management, business development, and strategic partner alignment.
  • Experience in the IT industry, especially in Cloud-based software, infrastructure, and services.
  • Knowledge of the Cyber Security industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience developing and launching go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to manage both short-term tactical and long-term strategic relationships and plans.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing end-to-end initiatives involving multiple products, groups, and audiences.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, with strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Solution-oriented skill set.
  • Prior experience in sales development and growth with National Partners is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with focus partners including GuidePoint and Trace3.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of proven track record in relationship-based channel account management.
