About the Role

The Patient Experience Data Analyst will utilize, gather and interpret data from a variety of resources (EHR, billing claims, cost reports, patient surveys, etc) to help the hospital improve the quality of care, lower the cost of care and enhance the patient experience. This analyst will lead multidisciplinary teams and leverage multiple sources of data in order to create dashboards and reports with actionable insights. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with other staff from all disciplines with varying degrees of technical and clinical experience is a must. This analyst will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a technical background sufficient to understand the technologies and issues related to health information management.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize, gather, and interpret data from various resources such as EHR, billing claims, cost reports, and patient surveys.
Help the hospital improve the quality of care, reduce costs, and enhance the patient experience through data analysis.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
Work collaboratively with staff from different disciplines and varying levels of technical and clinical experience.

Requirements

Healthcare experience
Analytics experience
Required onsite in Evansville, IN for training and acclimation to the role before potentially transitioning to a hybrid model.

Nice to Have

Experience with Epic
Degree in a related field (preferred)
