The Googler Voice Research and Operations team is looking for a People Analyst to help build a holistic understanding of the Googler experience. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping People Operations (POps) listening strategy by leveraging technical expertise and problem-solving skills to transform employee feedback into actionable insights. You will use SQL and Plx to build and automate data infrastructure for survey programs, conduct mixed-method research, analyze unstructured comments, product telemetry, and behavioral feedback, and work closely with cross-functional partners to synthesize feedback, identify trends, and improve programs and services for Googlers.
The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging research and data to improve employee experience, and a focus on scalable, efficient processes to support Googler success.
