About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate, develop, and implement strategic brand and marketing plans including initiatives and key strategies for successful execution.
• Develop and adhere to the brand budget, review and approve trade spending proposals, and maximize return on brand investments.
• Work at special events to generate interest and educate consumers about Pestalozzi brands.
• Establish evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of brand efforts and prepare reports on research findings and promotional results.
• Ride-with and/or team sell in targeted accounts with Account Managers to create sales opportunities.
• Create an independent account call frequency to grow distribution and volume.
• Analyze business, consumer, and competitive trends to inform strategy.
• Participate in or conduct training for sales teams and assist with retail shelf sets to increase space and introduce new distribution opportunities.
• Maintain brand exposure aligned with company objectives and act as the Suncoast Beverage Sales contact for Pestalozzi Brands.
• Adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong brand marketing and sales experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Creative, analytical, result-oriented, and profit-focused mindset.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
