Photography & Content Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit product and lifestyle photography for eCommerce, social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams to align content with seasonal launches, brand strategy, and channel needs.
• Own and maintain the brand's visual content calendar and asset library, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across platforms.
• Manage in-house and freelance resources (models, stylists, assistants) as needed for photo shoots.
• Ensure all content meets brand standards for quality, lighting, styling, and composition with a premium look and feel.
• Conceptualize and, when possible, shoot and edit short-form video content for digital marketing and social channels.

Requirements

• Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, and natural light shooting.
• Advanced editing and retouching skills using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Basic video editing skills in Premiere or similar software are a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a self-starter mentality.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
• 4-6 years of professional photography experience, ideally in lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product and lifestyle photography with premium aesthetics.

Nice to Have

• Videography skills for short-form video content creation.
