PPC Specialist (Remote, MUST BE FL RESIDENT)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the client to success by being their main point of contact, ensuring efforts align with their goals, and guiding clients with data, rapport, and Google Ads expertise.
• Actively lead the onboarding process and kick-off calls for new accounts.
• Own the success of client accounts by taking accountability and ownership over their performance and setup.
• Maintain a cohesive account strategy to drive client goals, monitor and manage account performance, and propose new ideas for improvement.
• Analyze key metrics and implement changes to optimize campaigns for desired KPIs and successful client outcomes.
• Manage accounts and budgets to ensure proper pacing without overspending or interruptions.
• Set up or guide developers in setting up conversions, monitor conversion tracking accuracy, and ensure proper functioning.
• Schedule and lead reporting calls, provide client reports, and keep the internal team informed of issues, challenges, and wins.
• Ensure client requests are executed and reflected in the project management system, create/update agendas, and develop tasks as needed.
• Create and improve processes, checklists, SOPs, how-to videos, templates, and other systems to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Google Ads with experience managing 20+ accounts, preferably in an agency environment.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics/GA4.
• Strong knowledge of performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, CPA, and ROAS, and how to influence them.
• Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets, especially functions and pivot tables for analysis and reporting.
• Excellent presentation skills for client calls with accurate insights and data-supported recommendations.
• Highly analytical with attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work remotely and reside in Florida.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with pivot tables in Excel or Google Sheets.
