About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the leader of marketing for a defined business or set of businesses, understanding target clients and building profitable plans to deliver messages, content, media, and experiences to attract them.
• Capture emails and leads, working with sales to drive leads through the funnel to close, and manage a significant marketing budget to ensure profitable lead generation.
• Partner closely with internal teams including strategy, research, data, customer experience, communications, sales, and sales enablement, as well as external agencies, to deliver and manage an integrated annual marketing plan.
• Research marketing opportunities and options, and advise the business on practices, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements.
• Collaborate with business leadership and stakeholders to define opportunities, prioritize projects, and leverage resources effectively.
• Participate in strategic planning and develop the annual integrated marketing plan aligned with growth targets.
• Manage advertising campaigns across various channels including print, radio, direct marketing, social media, and event marketing.
• Monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns to maximize results, analyze post-campaign metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Create and update marketing collateral, including copywriting and graphic design, to support brand and product campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the financial industry.
• Advanced understanding of marketing financials such as media costs and response metrics.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage internal and external partners.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams to deliver an integrated marketing plan.
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising concepts, including product positioning and promotion.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and influencing skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of product marketing experience, with preference for financial industry background.
