Key Responsibilities

Intercept, assist, or drive technical escalations that are escalated to the executive level in engineering.
Communicate with executive-level customers, explaining root causes, providing status updates, and addressing technical questions.
Support the engineering team by troubleshooting complex network and security issues related to telecommunication equipment and Internet traffic.
Analyze and troubleshoot network design, network security, and Internet application behaviors.
Contribute to building and maintaining cybersecurity products by solving challenging problems.

Requirements

BE / B.Tech or equivalent technical graduation or equivalent military experience.
Experience in support service, technical support, or troubleshooting roles related to cyberspace equipment or network security.
Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting dynamic routing protocols (BGP and OSPF).
Broad understanding of and ability to troubleshoot Internet applications and protocols.
Experience troubleshooting VPNs (IPSec and SSL tunnels).
Proficiency in Pcap analysis (via Wireshark and other tools).
Hardware troubleshooting skills for telecommunications equipment.
Programming skills in C, C++, and Python.
Ability to discuss network design, network security, and related technical topics openly.

Nice to Have

Advanced certifications for network equipment vendors (e.g., JNCIE, JNCP, CCIE, CCNA, CCNP, CCA).
Experience with cloud deployment on AWS, GCP, Azure, or KVM-based solutions.

Qualifications

Formal educational background of B.Tech or equivalent, or military experience.
