About the Role

Luxury Stores at Amazon is seeking an experienced and results-driven senior leader to create and implement an annual marketing strategy. The role involves building lifecycle marketing strategies, managing complex cross-functional initiatives, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive creative decision-making. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leading with confidence, fostering transparent communication, and encouraging diverse perspectives to achieve the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute year-long marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption across the product portfolio
  • Collaborate in the creation of compelling marketing collateral
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging customer needs
  • Drive evidence-based decision making through customer insights and market intelligence
  • Lead the development of store positioning, messaging, and strategic narrative
  • Establish and maintain single-source-of-truth documentation for product positioning, messaging, availability, best practices, and FAQs

Requirements

  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's Degree

Nice to Have

  • Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research

  • Competitive salary ranging from $153,000 to $252,900 annually, depending on geographic location and experience
  • Total compensation package may include equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits
