About the Role
We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our Login Experience, a foundational area that ensures users can securely access, manage, and tailor aspects of their overall profile experience. This role is critical to delivering cohesive, intuitive, and secure customer journeys, ensuring that account creation, login, and access flows feel seamless across all products and platforms. You'll collaborate closely with other product teams, support, sales, and e-commerce, ensuring the experience is seamlessly integrated into critical customer and business flows. By translating business needs into future-ready platform capabilities, you'll ensure consistent, scalable solutions that serve both end users and internal teams. You'll also work in close partnership with UX and user research, grounding your ideas in real user needs and helping bring them to life in ways that balance experience, security, and performance. Your solutions will address diverse and evolving requirements, and you'll communicate your vision through a clear product roadmap and engaging system-level visuals that align stakeholders and drive execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for the Login Experience, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with UX, user research, support, sales, and e-commerce teams to deliver a seamless and secure customer journey.
- Translate business requirements into scalable platform capabilities that address diverse and evolving needs.
- Communicate product vision and progress through system-level visuals and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure the security, performance, and usability of login and account management flows across all products and platforms.
Requirements
- Experience leading product management for user authentication, login, or security-related platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision and roadmaps.
- Understanding of security best practices and user experience design principles.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with platform-level or system architecture for authentication solutions.
- Knowledge of compliance and export control regulations relevant to product security.
