About the Role

Our Company Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen. We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! About Us We create industry-leading video editing solutions used by creative professionals and ambitious storytellers worldwide. As we enter a new era of AI-powered creativity, we're investing deeply in agentic AI—intelligent, autonomous tools that actively collaborate with creators to bring ideas to life faster, smarter, and more intuitively than ever before. This is a rare opportunity to lead the next wave of creative AI innovation at a trusted brand with a loyal global user base and the resources to scale bold ideas. You'll be shaping tools that will redefine storytelling and how storytellers work around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and strategy for agentic AI across our product line, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Work with engineering leaders on a corporate-wide agent framework to ensure agentic product vision needs are met.
  • Drive an innovation pipeline from prototypes to product integration by working closely with product, research, and tech transfer teams to move technologies from R&D to product, ensuring AI innovations are productized, integrated, and launched successfully.
  • Translate user pain points into AI-driven solutions that save time, reduce complexity, and expand creative potential.
  • Partner with AI/ML teams to define agent behaviors, decision-making frameworks, and integration points within editing tools.
  • Build and maintain a multi-year roadmap for expressive, assistive, and corrective AI capabilities.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for agent performance, user satisfaction, and creative impact.
  • Stay ahead of AI research and competitor activity to ensure our tools remain category-leading.
  • Collaborate with design on both strategy and new UI/UX concepts for human-AI collaboration.
  • Participate in defining strategies to use 3D and AI to reinvent the next generation of storytelling.
  • Champion the voice of the customer by conducting interviews, usability testing, and workflow studies.
  • Partner with marketing and sales in support of product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 in a senior or principal-level role.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in generative and agentic AI.
  • Proven track record of shipping complex, high-impact features in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience guiding innovations from research stage to commercial product.
  • Deep empathy for creative professionals and understanding of video production workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and business oriented.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with large language models, computer vision, or multimodal AI systems.
  • Background in film, TV, or digital video production.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, or AI agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Prior experience bridging R&D and product delivery in a fast-moving market.

Benefits & Perks

  • The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,100 -- $273,200 annually.
  • Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
  • Additional incentives may include short-term incentives, sales commissions, and annual incentives depending on role.
