Job Description

About the Role

Transcarent and Accolade have come together to create the One Place for Health and Care, the leading personalized health and care experience that delivers unmatched choice, quality, and outcomes. Transcarent's AI-powered WayFinding, comprehensive Care Experiences - Cancer Care, Surgery Care, Weight - and Pharmacy Benefits offerings combined with Accolade's health advocacy, expert medical opinion, and primary care, allows us to meet people wherever they are on their health and care journey. Together, more than 20 million people have access to the combined company's offerings. Employers, health plans, and leading point solutions rely on us to provide trusted information, increase access, and deliver care. We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Principal Growth Product Manager to lead key acquisition initiatives for our direct-to-consumer telehealth business. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Growth, this role will own a roadmap focused on optimizing conversion, testing new care models, and launching offerings that drive revenue and patient acquisition. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, design, engineering, and analytics to deliver high-impact experiments and move quickly from idea to execution. The ideal candidate brings strong product intuition, deep knowledge of funnel dynamics and performance metrics, and a solid understanding of consumer behavior in healthcare. This role directly contributes to millions in incremental revenue each year through acquisition-focused initiatives. We're looking for someone who can continue accelerating these efforts while shaping the future of our telehealth platform-expanding into new clinical verticals, care modalities, and pricing models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Consumer Acquisition Roadmap: Optimize conversion funnels, expand market reach, and drive member growth.
  • Test and Launch New Offerings: Lead product development for emerging care models, verticals, and pricing/packaging strategies.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing: Collaborate on landing page tests, ad-to-visit optimization, and experimentation infrastructure.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Work with design, engineering, clinical operations, and finance to ensure product solutions are impactful and feasible.
  • Define and Track KPIs: Own key metrics like conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and revenue impact. Use data to drive prioritization and validate outcomes.
  • Ship Quickly and Thoughtfully: Break complex initiatives into MVPs/phases, move fast, and iterate based on results. Balance speed-to-market with compliance, technical feasibility, and financial impact.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of product management experience, with a focus on growth, experimentation, or acquisition.
  • Strong analytical foundation, with experience in A/B testing, funnel analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with consumer healthcare or highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Comfort with APIs and technical systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—excited to build, test, and iterate to find product-market fit for new services.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in consumer healthcare or highly regulated industries.
