About the Role

Join the Workday AI organization, where you'll be building and supporting state-of-the-art AI capabilities that power Workday's product suite. You'll be working with a cross-functional team that ships frequently, iterates rapidly, and supports millions of users of Workday's products. The role involves driving AI priorities, building AI agents or infrastructure, and collaborating closely with product teams to deliver innovative solutions that create business value.

Key Responsibilities

Build and ship state of the art AI capabilities or infrastructure.
Identify highest impact, highest ROI opportunities for AI at Workday, advocate for them within the org, and build or enable other teams to build these capabilities.
Interface with customers to validate solutions, execute discovery work, and prioritize customer problems.
Be the product champion externally and voice of the customer internally.
Lead through influence and articulate a compelling vision for AI agents and their role in evolving our customers' workdays.
Manage Early Adopter programs across multiple AI initiatives to ensure customer value, referenceability, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with development teams to validate value, drive adoption, and enable field, CX, and implementers on AI work.
Communicate new capabilities clearly to various audiences.
Work with product teams to identify value outcomes and measurable metrics to quantify AI investments.

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience.
5+ years of experience with SaaS/B2B.
Technically proficient (even if not a coder) on how AI and LLM-powered technology works.
Passion and empathy for customers and a proven track record as a customer advocate.
Experience managing stakeholders and working collaboratively across functions.
Experience bringing new product offerings to market.
Strong focus on user-centric design, data, research, and judgment.
Ability to operate successfully across multiple functions, influence senior executives, and mediate across partners.
Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in AI-centric or data-centric companies and early-stage startups is a plus.
