About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead the development of innovative solutions in brand measurement and benchmarking. This role will play a pivotal part in helping advertisers measure, analyze, and optimize their brand-building campaigns across Amazon Ads. By delivering performance reporting and actionable insights, our team empowers global advertisers to connect their media investments with real customer outcomes. As part of the Brand Measurement & Benchmarking team, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technical solutions designed to help advertisers maximize their brand-building efforts. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to build robust, data-driven reporting products. You will help advertisers understand the effectiveness of their campaigns, identify optimization opportunities, and drive tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technical solutions for brand measurement and benchmarking products.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to build robust, data-driven reporting products.
  • Work backward from the customer to identify needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Partner with engineering to build scalable event-driven architectures to process billions of impressions and conversions daily.
  • Drive adoption of products through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver performance reporting and actionable insights to help advertisers optimize their campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Formal educational background with a Bachelor's degree.
