About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. The role involves managing end-to-end execution of talent and succession planning processes, working closely with HR Business Partners, configuring systems like Workday, and supporting executive talent reviews. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end execution for talent and succession planning processes, including developing processes aligned with talent strategy and documentation.
  • Consult with HRBPs on performing meaningful talent evaluations for client organizations and troubleshooting support.
  • Provide recommended talent slates upon request for key roles in collaboration with HRBPs.
  • Partner with HR Technology & People Analytics to configure Workday and develop reporting to support the process and monitor progress.
  • Perform regular audits of succession planning data to identify and address out-of-compliance instances, working with HRBPs to make adjustments.
  • Support HRBPs in performing bulk uploads of talent data into Workday.
  • Assist in developing materials for executive talent review meetings.
  • Serve as an approver for access to Talent data in Workday.

Requirements

  • Program Management experience.
  • Consultation skills and ability to interact effectively with executive leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and manipulating Excel spreadsheets.
  • Technology-savvy with the ability to determine and convey system requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday or similar HR systems.
