The Pro Experience Analyst will serve as a key role supporting the Home Depot Pro strategic growth initiatives. As part of the Pro Experience team, the Pro Experience Analyst will be responsible for owning individual projects and team initiatives that involve conducting research, using independent judgement, identifying potential opportunities for growth, providing and analyzing quality data, test, learn and refine recommendations and effectively communicate and present within expectations of project timelines. This role will work in a cross-functional environment supporting respective workstreams and leadership to meet business priorities. The position may be assigned to one of the following shifts: 7am-3pm EST, 9am-5pm EST, or 11am-7pm EST.
The role supports a collaborative, cross-functional environment with a focus on customer focus, driving results, and effective communication. The position emphasizes action orientation and teamwork to meet business priorities.
