Key Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience by supporting product development and process improvement initiatives within the Adhesive Technologies business unit.
Assist in the design and implementation of new manufacturing or formulation processes for consumer goods in the Adhesive Technologies business unit.
Guide and coordinate both contractors and internal team members during project execution.
Contribute to the evaluation and approval of design changes for active development projects.

Requirements

A rising sophomore, junior or senior graduating in 2027, 2028 or 2029 pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of PLC programming for automation and process control tasks.
Experience with AutoCAD for technical drawings and design modifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
