Key Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience by supporting product development and process improvement initiatives within the Adhesive Technologies business unit.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new manufacturing or formulation processes for consumer goods in the Adhesive Technologies business unit.
  • Guide and coordinate both contractors and internal team members during project execution.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and approval of design changes for active development projects.

Requirements

  • A rising sophomore, junior or senior graduating in 2027, 2028 or 2029 pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of PLC programming for automation and process control tasks.
  • Experience with AutoCAD for technical drawings and design modifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
