Key Responsibilities

  • Work with experienced chemists and scientist on adhesives product development in the leading adhesive company
  • Gain working experience at a large, global organization
  • Get hands-on experience creating product formulations in a lab
  • Provide support for various projects assigned by Sr. Chemist, Scientist and/or Lab Manager
  • Prepare batch formulations according to written instructions by Sr. Chemist, Scientist and/or Lab Manager
  • Understand chemical ingredients and formulating under instructions
  • Employ basic problem-solving skill sets to overcome project bottlenecks and maintain project deliverable dates
  • Collect and organize data in a coherent format and communicate basic observations regarding data and/or experimental outcome
  • Conduct hands on adhesive product development for electric device applications in laboratory

Requirements

  • An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 or graduate student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Science
  • Ability to gather, understand, and interpret chemical, physical and mechanical data
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other team members in product development programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently on multi-task assignments
  • Previous internship experience is preferred but not required

  • Previous internship experience

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Science
  • Ability to interpret chemical, physical and mechanical data
