Key Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience working on an industrially relevant R&D project.
  • Synthesize new polymers for use in adhesive formulations.
  • Formulate synthesized polymers into adhesive systems.
  • Characterize structure-property-processing relationships of the materials.
  • Test adhesive bond performance under industrially relevant conditions.
  • Analyze and report experimental results to the technical team.

Requirements

  • A rising senior graduating in 2029 or master's / graduate student pursuing a degree in Chemistry.
  • Some prior synthesis experience in an academic lab or industrial internship is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with laboratory techniques for polymer synthesis and characterization.

  • Expected to graduate in 2029 or be a graduate student.
