Key Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience working on an industrially relevant R&D project.
Synthesize new polymers for use in adhesive formulations.
Formulate synthesized polymers into adhesive systems.
Characterize structure-property-processing relationships of the materials.
Test adhesive bond performance under industrially relevant conditions.
Analyze and report experimental results to the technical team.

Requirements

A rising senior graduating in 2029 or master's / graduate student pursuing a degree in Chemistry.
Some prior synthesis experience in an academic lab or industrial internship is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with laboratory techniques for polymer synthesis and characterization.

Pursuing a degree in Chemistry or related field.
Expected to graduate in 2029 or be a graduate student.
