Product Development Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and/or use algorithms and statistical predictive models to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes.
• Drive an iteratively innovative feature roadmap to improve key applications and processes.
• Enable data-driven strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for product improvement and new development.
• Perform diagnostic analyses, data validation, and conduct advanced analytics to generate actionable insights.
• Create effective data visualizations and communicate findings to leadership as a data storyteller.
• Identify patterns, generate and test hypotheses, and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership, data teams, and other functions to drive services and data insights products.
• Apply statistical techniques to measure effectiveness of tests, identify root causes, and manage project performance.
• Ideate and develop new business processes including testing, piloting, and deployment strategies.
• Develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports, and performance metrics to prioritize features.
• Define and monitor success metrics through product analytics.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to solve complex business problems using advanced statistical techniques.
• Translate stakeholder vision into detailed requirements, user stories, and actionable tasks.
• Build models and deliver solutions that inform strategy, improve performance, and enhance consumer experience.
• Leverage innovations in data science, system simulation, and modeling techniques to solve problems.
• Develop, validate, and deploy algorithms and statistical models to detect patterns and recommend solutions.
• Explore data sources and recommend additional data for economic analysis.
• Apply principles of operations research, data science, and data analytics to business problems.

Requirements

• Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Two (2) years of experience with CI/CD, GIT, and DevOps.
• Experience with Python, JSON, Agile methodologies, Oracle, JIRA, Rally, or Confluence.
• Proficiency in MySQL, SQL, Spark, and Airflow.
• Support for healthcare or retail domains.
• Experience contributing to large-scale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects.
• Knowledge of containerized services, storage, and workspace management.
• Experience developing and deploying predictive models or ML systems in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

Nice to Have

• Experience in operations research, data modeling, and data analytics.
• Experience with data infrastructure improvements.
• Knowledge of system simulation and modeling techniques.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
