About the Role

The Product Director, Benefit Acceptance at Fiserv is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of electronic benefit transfer (EBT) products and omni-channel commerce solutions for large corporate clients. The role involves setting product direction, delivering next-generation data and payment capabilities, and working closely with clients and internal teams to create better consumer experiences and optimize payments within the benefit acceptance space. Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, connecting financial institutions, merchants, and consumers to facilitate secure and reliable transactions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Steer strategy and vision for the portfolio of Benefit Acceptance solutions.
Lead and deliver large strategic products that solve client problems in Benefit Acceptance from idea to commercialization.
Develop and champion new investments and capabilities through the Business Case approval process.
Lead and champion commercialization and go-to-market activities for next-generation capabilities.
Support sales activities to drive initial client adoption.
Provide subject matter expertise to clients and client teams to ensure success and satisfaction.
Orchestrate across product, technology, operations, client relationship, and sales teams to design, develop, and execute on product/programs.
Collaborate with technology partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of the program.
Provide regular status and progress updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

High School graduate or GED.
10 years' experience across product, technology, and business operations.
Working knowledge of merchant acceptance and digital/E-commerce solutions, especially emerging payment experiences, POS payment systems, and omni-channel solution delivery.
Thorough knowledge of State and Federal electronic benefit programs.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience delivering large projects/programs across multiple functional areas, especially in a highly matrix environment.
Knowledge of Fiserv systems.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
10 years' experience in relevant fields
