About the Role

The Product Director, Benefit Acceptance at Fiserv is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of electronic benefit transfer (EBT) products and omni-channel commerce solutions for large corporate clients. The role involves setting product direction, delivering next-generation data and payment capabilities, and working closely with clients and internal teams to create better consumer experiences and optimize payments within the benefit acceptance space. Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, connecting financial institutions, merchants, and consumers to facilitate secure and reliable transactions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Steer strategy and vision for the portfolio of Benefit Acceptance solutions.
  • Lead and deliver large strategic products that solve client problems in Benefit Acceptance from idea to commercialization.
  • Develop and champion new investments and capabilities through the Business Case approval process.
  • Lead and champion commercialization and go-to-market activities for next-generation capabilities.
  • Support sales activities to drive initial client adoption.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to clients and client teams to ensure success and satisfaction.
  • Orchestrate across product, technology, operations, client relationship, and sales teams to design, develop, and execute on product/programs.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of the program.
  • Provide regular status and progress updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or GED.
  • 10 years' experience across product, technology, and business operations.
  • Working knowledge of merchant acceptance and digital/E-commerce solutions, especially emerging payment experiences, POS payment systems, and omni-channel solution delivery.
  • Thorough knowledge of State and Federal electronic benefit programs.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience delivering large projects/programs across multiple functional areas, especially in a highly matrix environment.
  • Knowledge of Fiserv systems.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 10 years' experience in relevant fields
