Product Growth Strategist, ISE

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Go-to-Market Strategy for new and existing products, including identifying target markets, messaging, and positioning.
• Develop Core Product Positioning, Messaging, and Differentiators by crafting compelling and consistent positioning and messaging around the differentiators that align with the overall product strategy and resonate with customers and partners.
• Work with inbound product management, engineering, and the field to identify and articulate the outstanding value propositions of Cisco Security products, ensuring they are communicated and understood by the target audiences.
• Enable Sales and Partners by developing content for collateral, product training, and other resources for sales teams and partner organizations.
• Engage directly with sales and customers to understand changing needs and attend industry events.
• Conduct Market Research by analyzing market and customer feedback to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats, and perform competitive analysis to ensure successful product positioning.
• Influence Partners, including Executives, through effective communication, data-driven product and marketing recommendations, and defining and monitoring metrics to assess GTM success.

Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise/b2b tech with at least 5 years of product management experience, including at least 3 in network security.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related fields.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with partners and executives.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mentality.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams through persuasion, perseverance, and energy.

Qualifications

• Educational background in computer science or related fields.
• Experience in enterprise or B2B technology sectors.
• Experience in network security is preferred.
