About the Role

The Product Data Team (PDT) is part of Supply Chain Product Operation at Cisco, playing a pivotal role in handling product and service data in NPI offer enablement and lifecycle management. The team is transforming from focusing on data execution to improving data management services to partners, seeking talent passionate about data management. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive operational excellence and service delivery in product offer enablement and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Product offer enablement and lifecycle management, optimization of process and transformation
Deliver service configuration to partners and coordinate day-to-day PDT operations
Responsible for PDT execution of NPI and sustaining offers; ensure timely service delivery
Handle relationships and act as a trusted advisor for partners to address business problems
Analyze operational efficiency and identify areas needing improvement
Drive operational process optimization and transformation for PDT configuration service
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including BEs, other Supply Chain Teams, IT, and CPS to drive operational excellence and resolve business issues

Requirements

BA/BS degree
4+ years of experience in manufacturing and operations/IT
Strong experience in project management
Strong analytical skills and technical savvy
Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with partners
