Product Management Leadership Development Internship Program - Summer 2026

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support product management projects including new product introductions, competitive teardowns and research, portfolio analytics, and lifecycle management.
• Assist in market research and consumer segmentation to support insights for new product development and strategic planning.
• Support category-level initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and operations on activities such as price quotations, product certification, VOC, and forecasting.
• Support cross-functional initiatives not led by product management, including certification and regulatory compliance, value engineering initiatives, and sustaining projects for operations.
• Participate in presenting project objectives, processes, and results to leadership at the end of the internship.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Management), Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Enrolled as a junior undergraduate with a preferred graduation date of Spring 2027.
• Strong interest in pursuing Pentair's full-time Product Management Leadership Development Program after graduation.
• Willingness to relocate and work in various locations across the United States during the program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Enrolled as a junior undergraduate (preferably graduating Spring 2027).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
