We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Product Manager to join the Signify Health team to help realize the product vision to help move care homeward for all. This role involves developing a deep understanding of our position in the healthcare ecosystem, our product vision, and market differentiation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the long-term growth and success of Signify's products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Signify's member (patient) platform product, improving internal operations and processes to enable downstream teams to optimize or add new product capabilities and enable new business models, influencing the member base and associated metadata to reach more members across the US and improve member engagement experience.
  • Understand diverse data elements, distinguish user segments, develop intelligent insights, create new processes, and accurately surface them to internal consumers to further business goals.
  • Participate in the re-architecture of systems to drive scale, speed, accuracy, and portfolio diversification.
  • Communicate complex concepts, both written and verbally, to influence peers and stakeholders to make decisions or adjust approach when needed.
  • Proactively identify user or business needs and recommend innovative solutions, driving tradeoff conversations and negotiating with teams and stakeholders to achieve roadmap objectives.
  • Develop a clear vision and short-term and long-term roadmap with milestones, value definitions, and measurable output; communicate this roadmap across the organization.
  • Observe and interview users across multiple product lines to gather feedback and connect it into defined problem statements.
  • Coordinate dependencies, communicate timelines, and manage stakeholder expectations across departments and product lines.
  • Understand high-level strategic levers and drivers of the business, develop and measure KPIs for the product to define, track, and communicate value delivery.
  • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, news, and market movements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree at a minimum; Master's in science or business administration is a plus.
  • 7+ years of professional experience including 4+ years of product experience.
  • A strong track record of delivering products and ensuring customer success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from disparate sources to drive conclusions and recommendations.
  • Ability to lead data gathering when data isn't readily available.
  • Prior experience with platform products and/or large system re-architecture and process redesign is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to dissect complicated technical problems, simplify experiences, and innovate.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work independently, results-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for transforming the US healthcare system and understanding its complexity.
  • Innate curiosity and a passion to share knowledge and challenge the status quo.
  • Focus on the user and ability to articulate user needs to ensure problem statements are user-centric.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with platform product(s) and/or large system re-architecture and process redesign.

Qualifications

  • Educational background including a minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is a plus.
