About the Role

The Product Manager at Paya, Inc. (a Nuvei Company) is responsible for managing the overall product portfolio related to Paya's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software integrations. The role involves working with department leads and stakeholders to develop strategies, identify KPIs, and support successful product development and prioritization. The Product Manager acts as a subject matter expert on Paya's ERP solutions and payment integrations, demonstrating value to potential customers and supporting sales efforts. The position offers 100% telecommuting from anywhere in the US with up to 10% domestic travel annually, which the company covers.

Key Responsibilities

Work with department leads and key stakeholders to identify strategy, use cases, relevant KPIs, and business requirements for product development and prioritization.
Articulate Paya's payment integration functionality and technology infrastructure, removing technical objections in the sales cycle.
Uncover business requirements and create demonstrations of Paya's payment integration addressing customer needs.
Act as subject matter expert on Paya's ERP solutions and share knowledge on technical solutions and business processes.
Present Paya's payment integration value and solutions to potential customers via phone and in person.
Provide support at partner events and shows, owning the demo process and assets for each integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training plans meet organizational objectives and develop comprehensive training materials.
Work with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering during product discovery to assess value, scope, usability, and prioritize features.
Manage the development of training materials for new product features and support business users by translating feedback into improved product experiences.
Provide Level 2 support for internal and external product-related inquiries and escalations.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
Must have 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, QA Engineer, or similar role.
Must have 5 years of experience in Agile product development and delivery.
Must have 3 years of experience using SQL.
Must have 3 years of experience in product management.
Must have 3 years of experience analyzing business requirements and developing test requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
Experience in Agile product development.
Experience with SQL.
