Key Responsibilities

Drive Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives; conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis; define product positioning and go-to-market strategies; create and maintain detailed product roadmaps; present product strategy and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Lead Product Development and Execution: Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration; write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories; collaborate with engineering teams to estimate effort, plan sprints, and ensure quality delivery; conduct regular sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective sessions; make data-driven decisions on feature prioritization and resource allocation.
Champion User Experience & Customer Success: Conduct user research sessions, interviews, and usability testing; analyze user behavior data and feedback; work closely with UX/UI designers; monitor key product metrics and KPIs; collaborate with customer success teams to address user feedback and support requests.
Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership; facilitate cross-functional meetings; translate business requirements into technical specifications; support sales and marketing with product demos, training, and collateral; coordinate product launches and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

6-8 years of product management experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
Proven track record of successfully launching products and features from concept to market.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, MixPanel, or similar).
Experience with Agile development methodologies and working closely with engineering teams.
Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence without authority.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Customer-centric approach with passion for solving user problems.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Product management certifications (CSPO, CPM, or equivalent).
Experience in B2B SaaS, mobile applications, or relevant industry verticals.
Technical background with ability to work closely with engineering teams.
Industry knowledge in regulated sectors such as healthcare, financial services, or government.
