The role is within PNC's Vendor Finance organization and can be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Cincinnati, OH.

Key Responsibilities

Drives the business and financial results for a product or experience by utilizing technology, operations, and data analytics to offer customers a differentiated product experience.
Leads a team managing new and existing products, influencing product and customer experience trends, and translating innovative concepts into new or improved products or experiences.
Evaluates potential product development or experience projects for feasibility and value, ensuring successful outcomes with key stakeholders.
Participates in client-facing and external stakeholder activities throughout the product lifecycle.
Adheres to company-defined risk appetite, evaluating products for risk management, compliance, and audit requirements.
Manages, motivates, and develops the performance of the Product Development Management team and key contributors, including performance evaluations.
Influences management buy-in for initiatives, monitors industry trends, and recognizes operational and process issues.

Requirements

Prior Product Manager experience within a financial institution is strongly preferred.
Typically requires a university/college degree with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
At least 3 years of prior management experience.
