Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all stages of a product's lifecycle and drive product development.
• Work with engineers and designers from ideation, technical design, and development to the testing, production, and/or release of the product.
• Define the goals of the product.
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, usability studies, and market analysis to define product specifications, determine feasibility of the design, enhance user satisfaction, and ensure the product's success.
• Continue to design, develop, and modify product specifications with the goal of maximizing efficiency in a constantly evolving environment.
• Develop creative solutions to product issues.
• Test, validate, document, and revise product specifications to serve new purposes or improve the product.
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in data-driven decisions.
• Establish product performance standards and ensure that best-in-class products are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Requires Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Requires 60 months in the job offered or in a related occupation.
• Requires 24 months experience in product management or product design.
• Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces.
• Creating examples through wireframes and mock ups.
• Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team.
• Delivering technical presentations.
• Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data.
• Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.
• Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design.
• Experience managing delivery of at least 1 hardware or software product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in relevant fields.
• 60 months of related work experience.
• Experience in product management, design, and technical analysis.
