  • Understanding of a personalization platform system; preferably Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform etc.).
  • Familiarity with machine learning data models and how to use them in targeted personalization.
  • Organized, self-starter, and results-driven mentality to track all concurring personalized experiences and tests.
  • A creative mind that loves to problem solve and isn't afraid to propose an out-of-the-box solution.
  • Familiarity with all elements of product (end-to-end) life cycles.
  • Strong skills to create, manage issue resolution, and mitigate risk for product roadmap.
  • Experience working with complex problems and open-ended projects with ambiguous or ill-defined details.
  • Experience with A/B testing experiments including multi-arm bandits.
  • Ability to easily move between high-level strategy to day-to-day implementation.
  • Enthusiastic, creative and innovative attitude.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary ranging from $84,200 to $165,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
