About the Role

This role will provide general Product Management for Schneider Electric's Asset Management solutions and related technologies which include Asset Performance Management, Asset Investment Planning and Maintenance Planning software solutions. The position involves leading product management processes to drive product growth and maturity, collaborating with various stakeholders, and supporting sales and marketing activities within a global, sustainable multinational company committed to inclusion, ethics, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the general product management processes that lead to product growth and maturity for Schneider Electric's Grid Asset Performance product.
Gather and document requirements and feedback from current and potential customers.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap in-line with market requirements, stakeholder needs, and long-term portfolio strategy, in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Be the owner of the product strategy and clearly articulate it to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide guidance and epic-level user stories to R&D via backlog maintenance, collaborating with the Product Owner to communicate end-user needs to development teams.
Lead product launch activities and go-to-market activities for different geographies.
Lead knowledge transfer activities for sales, tendering, marketing, and R&D, including creating collateral, social media updates, white papers, and messaging.
Support the Sales team in opportunity development, including customer-facing presentations, training, promoting solutions, participating in tenders, and updating marketing documents.
Participate in discussions and collaborations with external partners such as system integrators and regulators to grow the business.
Bring innovative approaches to product development to solve problems in new ways with software.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Product Management for enterprise software products.
Experience with Asset Management solutions is preferred.
Experience with the Electric utility industry, including trends, challenges, and the IT landscape, is preferred.
Knowledge of software development processes and agile development methodologies is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
