Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the definition and communication of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Accelerate Platform, working in close collaboration with product and software engineering leadership.
• Assist in translating product strategy into clear technical requirements and user stories, fostering collaboration and shared understanding between product and engineering teams.
• Work very closely with software engineering to define, prioritize, and execute on the product backlog, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with product goals.
• Contribute to the analysis of customer, user, and platform performance, providing data and insights to inform product and engineering decisions.
• Help establish and track key platform metrics to measure results and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and UX, to gather requirements, address dependencies, and ensure successful platform delivery.
• Conduct product discovery activities, including research, competitive analysis of tools, and data analysis, to inform platform development.
• Document product requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to guide software engineering efforts.
• Communicate product and platform updates and progress to stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and the software engineering organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS company.
• 2+ years delivering ML/AI products or features.
• Experience researching and prototyping new technical capabilities.
• End to end implementation experience including issue management, communication, and change management.
• Strong project management skills including defining project scope, establishing timelines, coordinating resources, and managing delivery.
• Strong presentation and communication skills addressing senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Experience leading and building PMOs for large organizations with Program Managers partnering with product teams and business units.
