The U.S. Bank Chief Product Office is seeking a product manager for our growing digital assets offering our Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking (WCIB) division. This role involves overseeing digital assets products, including cryptocurrency and asset tokenization, working closely with various teams to drive product strategy, development, and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze and interpret business data using various techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
  • Activate the connection between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize product and portfolio opportunities, and establish the product vision, charter, and roadmap.
  • Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize features and break down work into actionable steps for product discovery, design, development, and delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the product roadmap leveraging OKRs.
  • Create the product in conjunction with agile, experience design, technology, and risk partners to achieve business and customer outcomes.
  • Understand and care for the technical features, debt reduction, and modernization of technical products, especially for technical products.
  • Oversee the digital assets offering, including cryptocurrency custody and asset tokenization, working with stakeholders to prioritize improvements, enhancements, or new products.
  • Evaluate digital assets offerings vis-à-vis competitors, vendors, clients, regulatory, and market trends.
  • Assist business development teams in creating and maintaining marketing materials, sell sheets, and thought leadership content.

Requirements

  • Product Management experience.
  • Deep understanding of the digital assets ecosystem and related technology.
  • Experience in traditional asset servicing for fund and institutional clients.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret business data to meet needs.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of software products, including design, configuration, and integration.
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working, processes, tools, and risk management techniques.
  • 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and/or product management sector.

Nice to Have

  • Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance.
  • Ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong customer centricity to ensure positive customer experiences at every touch point.
  • Experience with product PnL, product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, and development.
  • Knowledge of go-to-market and sales channels, marketing, analytics, and customer experience research.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the digital assets ecosystem and related technology.
  • Experience in traditional asset servicing for fund and institutional clients.
  • 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and/or product management sector.
