Job Description

About the Role

The Product Manager holds complete responsibility for their product(s), including profit and loss, development, customer service, implementation, and all other functions that affect the product. They work closely with sales, marketing, development, and other departments to drive growth and ensure success of the product line(s). The role may be performed in an office or remote setting, with travel required for customer meetings and conferences.

Key Responsibilities

Assume all responsibility for assigned product line(s) including profit and loss, contracts, pricing, KPIs, development, sales, marketing, customer service, implementation, and sales.
Drive innovative capabilities around payments to enable further growth of the RedSail platforms.
Determine needed resources and coordinate the assignment and utilization of resources to ensure success for product goals.
Lead regular product meetings and participate in departmental meetings such as development, QA, market analysis, sales, and customer service.
Participate and present at customer conferences, lead customer focus groups, and stay up to date on payment industry innovations and regulatory changes.
Deliver presentations for internal and external audiences to gain support and keep projects on track.
Work directly with sales and marketing teams to drive opportunities to contract closure.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or similar.
Significant experience in a product manager or similar role.
Payment industry and/or merchant services experience.
Understanding of retail pharmacy markets.
Payment industry experience.
Leadership skills to manage projects across teams and departments.
Ability to manage public speaking engagements.

Nice to Have

Master's degree.
