The role is within PNC's Vendor Finance organization, with locations in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Cincinnati, OH.

Key Responsibilities

Drives the business and financial results for a product or experience by utilizing technology, operations, and data analytics to offer customers a differentiated product experience through leadership of a team managing new and existing products.
Uses knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver products through all applicable channels, presents initiatives to management, and ensures initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and meet strategic goals.
Influences product and customer experience trends by monitoring competitors and industry trends, leading a team to translate innovative concepts into new or improved products or experiences, and resolving operational and process problems.
Evaluates potential product development or experience projects for feasibility and value, ensuring successful outcomes with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channels, and internal partners.
Participates in client-facing and external stakeholder activities throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with risk appetite, risk management, and audit requirements.
Manages, motivates, and develops the performance of the Product Development Management team and key contributors, including performance evaluations and staffing.

Requirements

Prior Product Manager experience within a financial institution is strongly preferred.
Roles typically require a university/college degree with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
At least 3 years of prior management experience.
