Key Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Chatbot, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Ensure the team understands the product vision and priorities.
Define and communicate success metrics to measure product outcomes and impact, in partnership with the Business.
Monitor and evaluate product success through KPIs and business performance metrics.
Drive alignment across tech, design, and business teams to ensure clarity and focus.
Prioritize features and functionalities in the backlog and act as final arbiter of trade-offs, such as scope adjustments and feature timing, in collaboration with other roles.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in HR technology or a related field.
Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with product roadmapping, prioritization, and trade-off decisions.
