Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the Box AI LLM model lifecycle including continuous integration, rigorous evaluation, performance tuning, and iterative optimization.
  • Define best practices for proactive monitoring, dynamic updates, and governance to deliver secure, compliant, and high-impact AI solutions.
  • Define and own a technically complex product area, balancing the needs of internal stakeholders, enterprise customers, and the rapidly evolving field of AI-driven content management.
  • Lead end-to-end product development, from identifying business problems to building AI-driven solutions, executing product roadmaps, and driving iteration based on user feedback and data.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and machine learning teams to design, build, and deploy AI models for large-scale content workflows and automation.
  • Establish a metrics-driven approach to product development, conducting A/B testing and performance evaluations to improve AI product outcomes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and sales, to ensure that AI-driven products meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and machine learning, ensuring Box remains at the forefront of enterprise AI innovation.
  • Partner with key teams to effectively communicate the value of Box AI products to enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of product management experience in AI/ML, enterprise SaaS, or cloud platforms.
  • Track record of launching successful AI-powered products at scale, with experience in enterprise or consumer AI applications used in the market today.
  • Experience in AI product management, including user research, defining and tracking product metrics, and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong technical background with experience working with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and cross-functional teams to bring AI solutions to market.
  • Well-versed in different market LLMs and leading LLM providers.
  • Comfortable driving product strategy, starting small, iterating quickly, and scaling AI products to enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Hold a technical degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields, with practical experience in AI, machine learning, or cloud infrastructure.
