About the Role

The Product Manager will lead and execute downstream marketing initiatives to support Core CRM products within the CRM portfolio, an area of significant importance within the CRMDx franchise. The successful candidate will serve as product champion for both internal and external customers, have a good understanding of medical device products, and a strong business acumen to advance our Embolization business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead downstream marketing strategy and execution for Core CRM portfolio, including market modeling and competitive blunting activities
  • Build deep clinical and technical expertise in disease state, product therapies, and competitive strategies to support the ongoing growth of the Core CRM business
  • Develop and leverage relationships with sales teams, and key cross-functional partners including supply chain, R&D, sales operations, project management, and finance
  • Lead the development and implementation of promotional, selling, and educational assets to communicate product features and benefits to customers and field team members
  • Oversee demand and financial forecasting to ensure accurate and strategic planning
  • Support downstream team as needed for key sales training activities, including National Sales Meetings and regional training sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of marketing experience within medical device and/or healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop commercial expertise in medical device therapies and product
  • Demonstrated success working as an integral cross-functional team member
  • Ability to travel 15-20%, mostly domestic with potential for international travel

Nice to Have

  • MBA or related Master's degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize across simultaneous workstreams, and apply creative problem-solving

Qualifications

  • Formal educational background includes a Bachelor's degree; an MBA or related Master's degree is preferred
