About the Role

FactSet creates flexible, open data and software solutions for over 200,000 investment professionals worldwide, providing instant access to financial data and analytics that investors use to make crucial decisions. The Institutional Buy Side team develops and markets industry-leading tools for portfolio management, quantitative research, risk, performance & attribution, and execution management across the investment lifecycle. The Services Product Management team drives the evolution of workflow and process monitoring tools, supporting FactSet's Portfolio Services and Managed Services business, including products like Portfolio Reconciliation Utility, Portfolio Health, Milestones, Lifecycle Dashboard, and Portfolio Services Dashboard. This role focuses on delivering solutions to enhance efficiencies within Middle Office functions for clients such as asset managers, asset owners, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and software engineering teams to define and execute the product roadmap for Services products.
Become the SME of Services products and drive their evolution into a seamless experience for users.
Apply Product Mindset principles to identify opportunities to deliver value to customers.
Be responsible for product delivery, success measurement, and marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with a strong track record of performance.
Collaborative team player capable of working within a global, cross-functional team.
Must possess enthusiasm, desire, and a strong sense of initiative as a self-starter.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
