About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend enhancements to product lines to stimulate sales and meet objectives
• Ensure that products meet state and federal regulatory requirements
• Coordinate legal reviews of all supporting collateral materials and documentation
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the assigned product line
• Lead engagements with Salesforce to create a standardized product and pricing configuration, as well as operationalize sales workflows for new lead management
• Assess the product's market position and competitive advantage, making recommendations for adjustments to the product strategy
• Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, legal and compliance to deliver high-impact product solutions aligned with user needs and business objectives
• Analyze data from various sources, including CRM systems, sales reports, and customer satisfaction surveys, utilizing analysis to identify and prioritize product improvements, new features, and expansions to the product line
• Work with tools and technologies such as React JS, API, Salesforce, Figma, JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, Power Bi, Quantum Metric, Tealium, Qualtrics, and MS Excel

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, or Computer Science
• 1 year experience developing and executing strategic plans for the assigned product line
• 12 months of experience with each of the following: leading engagements with Salesforce for product and pricing configuration, assessing market position and making strategic recommendations, working with cross-functional teams, analyzing data from various sources, and working with specified tools and technologies
