Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize elegant technical solutions to the tangled nuances of Healthcare Billing, working closely with engineering to lay the groundwork needed to scale a billion dollar healthcare company in a state of hypergrowth.
Envision new approaches to classic revenue cycle management issues, finding opportunities to create new efficiencies in the daily work of our clients.
Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations and Sales.
Triage competing priorities, while providing direction to the engineering pod and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
Establish robust QA and Testing Processes, holding a high quality bar.
Work with our operational team to hit set metrics and OKRs to ensure the RCM business is continuously growing.

Requirements

3+ years of direct Technical Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS products.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
A proven track record of impactful product management and achievement of significant product metrics.
Ability to ship and iterate products quickly.
Comfort in unstructured and resource-constrained environments.
Demonstrated capability in managing complex technology projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on practical business applications.
Experience with SQL.
Strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience working in healthcare technology or revenue cycle management.
Familiarity with healthcare workflows and billing processes.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical experience.
