Key Responsibilities

Own creating and executing against the product roadmap for ReferenceConnect.
Create a product vision, define problems to solve, and align development teams to address them by maintaining a backlog of well-prepared features.
Partner with Go-To-Market and Product Operations teams to ensure successful product launches and releases.
Advance the pricing strategy across 40+ vendors and 150+ products, connecting Sales, Product, and Development to maximize revenue and reduce churn.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand pricing trends and opportunities.
Analyze the impact of different pricing strategies on key business metrics.
Recommend pricing structure and level changes to optimize pricing without increasing customer churn.
Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategy with business goals.
Own and manage the pricing infrastructure for accurate and efficient implementation.
Create and communicate the product roadmap and vision internally and externally.
Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring features and user stories are well-prioritized.
Support the successful launch of new products and releases, partnering with cross-functional teams.
Partner with Go-To-Market on product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
Communicate with customers regarding strategic direction, roadmap, and issue resolution.
Support customer feedback forums and special interest groups.
Contribute to product evangelism and support product leaders in speaking engagements.

Requirements

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies that drive growth.
Ability to translate pricing concepts into actionable plans and results.
3+ years of experience as a product manager for a B2B SaaS product.
Experience working within a cross-functional organization.
Experience navigating and communicating complex concepts to all organizational levels and customers.
Experience in Agile software practices.
Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment within generally defined practices and select methods to obtain solutions.
Ability to distill business drivers, future customer needs, and competitive challenges into actionable strategies.

Nice to Have

Experience in the insurance or InsurTech industry.
Experience with pricing infrastructure and tools.
Experience working with multiple vendors and products.
