About the Role

The Product Manager, Vice President - Marketing Campaign Workflow at JPMorgan Chase is responsible for delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog supporting the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics such as cost, features, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.

  • Works with enterprise-level applications from Proof of Concept to maintenance of mature environments.

  • Serves as a knowledge center with a deep curiosity about marketing operations and communicates findings to team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Ability to absorb, process, and translate complex technical subject matter into written requirements addressing business problems.
  • Experience in formulating and communicating a clear product strategy in both written and verbal forms.
  • Ability to navigate a large web of partners to gather input for product planning and delivery.
  • Experience leading technical teams by defining priorities, requirements, and sharing roadmap updates.

Nice to Have

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Prior experience in bank retail/branch arenas, tools, or related areas.
  • Deep experience in product strategy and communication.
  • Technical modernization experience including cloud technologies.
  • Understanding of technologies such as API, Microservices, AEM, Javascript, AWS.
  • Martech experience.
  • Experience with Camunda BPMN, Pega, Adobe Workfront, Atlassian suite.
