About the Role

Product Manager with digital product experience at Calance US, based in Denver, CO. The role involves driving product outcomes that solve critical business problems by defining vision, strategy, and OKRs, and executing across applications and user groups. The candidate should be an expert relationship builder, collaborative, and able to break down complex problems into product solutions with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners, users, designers, and engineering to ensure solutions achieve business objectives.
Perform story mapping exercises with the team to breakdown work for development.
Identify cross-team dependencies impacting or impacted by the product lane.
Prepare for and participate in Roadmap Planning and sprint activities.
Partner with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure product meets all legal and compliance requirements.
Guide the creation of user-facing communication and education related to features and capabilities.
Partner with product leadership to refine vision and strategy for the product area.
Collaborate with UX/research teams to execute discovery activities that identify user needs and pain points.
Conduct end user shadowing and interviews to understand user problems.
Use data to formulate problem statements and solution hypotheses, monitor product performance, and improve toward OKRs.
Identify and track OKRs for outcome-based product advancements.
Evaluate and prioritize potential features aligned with objectives and key results.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
2+ years of product experience in an agile environment focused on digital products.
Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to build expertise in unfamiliar domains.
Strong relationship building skills to partner with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders.
Skilled in juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and delivering on tight deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing organization.

Nice to Have

Experience building health tech products and 0-1 products from inception to launch.
Experience writing requirements for user stories or software features.
Experience working in healthcare or delivering web or mobile applications.
Knowledge of nephrology practices, electronic health records systems, or care for renal patients.
