We’re responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. YouTube Ads is a billion dollar business and one of the fastest growing segments of Google Ads. The Responsibility team’s mission is to deliver trust with Viewers and Advertisers, and improve Creators’ business generation, all while growing new and existing YouTube businesses. We do this by deeply understanding what drives trust in YouTube’s ecosystem, building YouTube Ads journeys with integrity, and creating controls for personalization that help users navigate YouTube’s variety.
