Key Responsibilities
- Own a product strategy by defining the direction, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Advocate for user needs by understanding the user and translating those insights into product experiences.
- Develop innovative tools, conceptualize and build intuitive tools leveraging technology (including generative AI).
- Drive execution, Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to bring the product outlook to life.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical consumer products from conception to launch.
- Experience working with product stakeholders such as creators, viewers, or advertisers.
Nice to Have
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to the leadership.
- 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
Qualifications
- Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits & Perks
- US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
