Meta has created a new Monetization Product Group, Business AIs, to make cutting-edge AI accessible to every business, empowering all to find success and own their future in the AI era. Meta AI has over 500M monthly actives and has developed models like Llama with over 600M downloads. The company aims to lead the AI shift for people and businesses by automating and simplifying messaging, reducing costs, improving customer experience, and creating business value.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of seasoned Product Marketing Managers working on Business AI agents solutions.
Develop strategy, key messages, and global launch plans to bring products to market.
Aggregate market insights to inform product development and risk mitigation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to unlock value for people and businesses.
Lead a high performing team to develop and execute product marketing initiatives.
Influence at various organizational levels, including with cross-functional leaders.
Drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives.
Launch and drive adoption of new products and services, owning and achieving key performance indicators.

Requirements

15+ years of professional experience in technology, business strategy, product marketing, product management or marketing.
5+ years of experience leading teams, including managing managers.
Experience mentoring and leading a broad team across geographical regions.
Experience influencing at various organizational levels and with cross-functional leaders.
Experience working with advertisers or business enterprises.
Experience launching and driving adoption of new products and services, with a focus on KPIs.
Experience working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment.
Experience in Generative AI.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
Comfort with ambiguity.
